We understand that sometimes purchases may not work out as expected. To ensure clarity, our returns and refund policy is outlined below.

Return Window & Conditions
Returns will only be accepted within 30 days of the delivery date and must be pre-approved in writing. Returned items must be:

In unused, undamaged, and resalable condition

In their original packaging

Accompanied by a valid proof of purchase

Please note:

Powder-based products are non-returnable under any circumstance

Products not part of our regular stock are not eligible for return

Return Options for Unused Items or Change of Mind
If your return is approved, you may choose one of the following:

Full store credit for the item’s original value

Refund, minus a 15% restocking fee

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is deemed faulty or incorrectly supplied.

Non-returnable Items
We are unable to accept returns for:

Products past their expiry or shelf-life

Items that are opened, damaged, or not in a sellable state

Special-order or custom-made items

Digital or downloadable content

Gift cards or training-related purchases

Please do not send items back to the original manufacturer.

Refund Process

If your order was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive store credit once we receive the return.
